Role Purpose (Job Profile)
To assemble, service and sign-off hydraulic assemblies required for the running of race, test, PR and customer cars and rigs.
Main Duties
* Build, strip and service WF1 and customer Hydraulic components, including but not limited to, PAS, BBW & Dampersto a consistent high standard of competitiveness, safety and reliability, ensuring all assemblies conform to current Engineering and Manufacturing policies and procedures
* Carrying out duties as instructed by the Hydraulic Assembly Team leader as per the daily work List
* Critically evaluate all components during assembly and disassembly, ensuring their integrity and reporting all faults
* Operate pass-off and test rigs asrequired
* Highlight any assembly/quality issues to the Team leader or relevant design authority
* Ensure all assemblies are built to deadlines
* Ensure that all build and component information is recorded and maintained as required in relevant systems
* Ensure the Component Assembly work environment and equipment is maintained to the highest standards of tidiness, presentation and safety

Qualifications and Experience Level
* Experience in building complex hydraulic components, with a background in F1 or aviation
* A high degree of Computer literacy, ideally with experience of Atlas
* Ideal candidate would be comfortable using Teamcenter PLM and CAD systems
* Familiarity with Lifing systems
* Experience with ERP & Manufacturing execution systems an advantage
