Main duties of the job
The Regional Clinical Development Nurse will be responsible for reviewing the clinical governance database and KPIs of each home every month, analyzing the results and identifying practical strategies to ensure all regulations are met and care is continually improved. They will work closely with the Regional Director, improvement specialists, and senior clinical staff in each home to support the improvement of standards and help implement key actions to address any issues.

You must also provide evidence of continued professional development and have a strong understanding of current regulatory requirements. Your leadership skills, sharp analytical mind and the ability to share knowledge, build relationships, and deliver on your action plans enables you to deliver impressive results.
