Ensure NCRs, CARs, and observations are closed promptly and correctly.Conduct required site visits to factories to verify compliance of off-site manufactured products and ensure timely completion of relevant reports.Ensure subcontractors and suppliers maintain a robust documented Quality Management System that meets the requirements of the Works Information and supports self-certification.Conduct regular inspections of construction elements to verify compliance and acceptance. This includes reviewing test results, tolerances, materials, workmanship, and performing visual inspections.Coordinate with the client to confirm benchmarking and sampling events, and ensure their timely completion.Maintain quality documentation and registers.Investigate specific quality issues on site and help resolve them.Conduct inspections, audits, and investigations as needed, report findings, and apply lessons learned to drive improvements.
