The Team
We are one of Scotland's leading practices. Our team is ranked band 1 in the legal directories for clinical negligence, product liability and professional discipline. We are also the leading Scottish historic abuse practice, at the forefront of the developing law. We act for major indemnifiers and insurers, as well as directly for healthcare professionals, local authorities and charities.
Our team draws upon expertise from across the firm and consists of lawyers who specialise in litigation, regulatory and disciplinary hearings, public inquiries and more.
Our extensive office network across the UK, Europe, US, Asia Pacific, Africa and the Middle East enables us to deliver a seamless integrated service to our clients around the globe.
