Overview
Huntswood is looking for upbeat, proactive Customer Service Advisors to join our team at a leading credit card provider. This role involves reaching out to customers to follow up on specific communication, ensuring they have received the information and understand the next steps.
Responsibilities
* Making outbound calls using a dialler system to follow up on a customer mailing
* Checking that customers have received the mailing and helping them understand the next steps
* Supporting with any questions they might have and resolving questions where possible
* Keeping accurate records of all customer interactions
Start date and location
Start Date: Monday 15th September
Location: Northampton – Hybrid working, with 2 days a week on site in Northampton (Thursday & Friday)
Compensation and duration
Day Rate: £140 a day - This is only available to individuals working via an Umbrella company. We can assist with Umbrella arrangements.
Duration: 6 month contract
Skills and qualifications
* Experience in a telephony-based role making outbound calls
* Adaptability to respond to customers' diverse needs
* Ability to work within time-sensitive guidelines
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Ability to navigate multiple in-house databases
* Good MS Office skills, particularly MS Word
* Strong numeracy and written communication skills
