A client of ours in the Kelvedon area are recruiting a Client Relationship Manager to join their team. This is a full:time permanent position working Monday : Friday 9.00am : 5.00pm (35 hours) and paying 29,000 : 32,000 per annum depending on experience.
Key Duties include but are not limited to:
Manage and develop client accounts and build long:term relationships Lead client meetings (virtual and in:person) Monitor performance and resolve service issues Identify service improvements and growth opportunities Support with team objectives and process improvements Coordinate with internal teams, advisors, and surveyors for timely delivery Arrange site visits and manage logistics and access Process quotations and instructions accurately and on time Handle bespoke client requirements and ensure expectations are met Conduct audits of account and operational processes Track and report on account and departmental performance Support upselling, cross:selling, and revenue growth initiatives Maintain accurate client records and documentation Ensure compliance with company policies and ISO standards Contribute to continuous improvement and ad hoc projects
Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Client Relationship Manager position:
Previous client relationship, account management, call centre and customer service experience Excellent communication skills Attention to detail and accuracy Team collaboration and coordination skills IT proficiency (CRM systems, Microsoft Office, reporting tools)
