We're looking for a Clinical Administrative Support Worker for our Via Gloucestershire service.
Main duties of the job
As Clinical Administrative Support Worker you will support with a wide range of tasks to ensure smooth running of Blood-borne virus testing, BBV treatment pathways and Liver Health screenings. You will support with the executive functions of BBV/Liver Health Clinics, in coordination with Via nurses and NHS nurses. In addition, you will participate in record keeping, data collection and when appropriate blood-borne virus testing. We are looking for someone with experience for attention to detail and willingness to participate in actively engaging those we work with to provide a holistic health offer at Via.
Job responsibilities
To support the local region/service with a wide range of tasks associated with BBV pathgways to ensure a smooth running of clinical prevention and treatment offers.
To coordinate and monitor BBV testing performance by ensuring timely identification and testing of eligible clients, and supporting staff awareness of testing requirements across services.
To collaborate and support BBV Clinic engagement for Hepatitis-C positive clients by ensuring efficient appointment booking and tracking of attendance to support continuity of care.
Qualifications
* Passion for working with substance misuse services or with other socially excluded or
* Excellent organisational skills with proven ability to meet deadlines, record information
* accurately and in a timely way and to work calmly under pressure.
* Excellent IT skills including use of Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, digital
* meeting platform and ability to use Case Management systems like Nebula.
* Ability to be trained on conducting dry-blood-spot-tests and associated tasks when
* necessary to support the wider team.

£23,821 to £25,900 a yearSalary will be pro rata to 30 hours per week
