Online Trading Manager – 12 month fixed term contract
Up to £55,000 per annum depending on experience
Your role with us:
The Royal Mint is on a journey to transform how we engage with customers online, and we are looking for an Online Trading Manager to lead the way.
In this role, you will drive our ecommerce trading strategy, using data and insight to deliver exceptional commercial performance across our digital platforms. You will take ownership of trading priorities, implement engaging promotional activity and work collaboratively across the business to enhance customer experience and increase online sales.
We are looking for people who have:
Significant experience in delivering online sales and growth targets within a customer facing or D2C ecommerce environment
Strong analytical skills with hands on experience using tools like Google Analytics to interpret data and drive actionable insights
Experience managing and developing a team
Significant understanding of Conversion Rate Optimisation and digital trading best practices
The ability to translate complex concepts into clear, impactful recommendations for stakeholders
