We are currently recruiting a Warehouse Operative to join a busy and growing operation based in Greetland. This is a physical, hands-on role suited to someone reliable and motivated who is comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Job Responsibilities:
* Picking and packing products accurately
* Packaging raw materials ready for dispatch
* Meeting daily productivity and performance targets
* Manual handling and some heavy lifting
* Standing and being on your feet for long periods
* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Job Requirements:
* Previous warehouse or picking/packing experience preferred
* Ability to meet targets and work efficiently
* Physically fit due to heavy lifting and standing work
* Reliable and punctual
* Must be able to get to Greetland for a 6:00am start
(Own transport is essential as public transport does not run at this time)
Working Hours:
* Busy periods: Monday to Thursday, 6:00am – 6:00pm (12-hour shifts)
* Normal hours: 6:00am – 3:30pm
This will be a temporary on going role and full training will be provided we are really looking for someone who has a good eye for detail and excellent work ethic.
