Core Responsibilities & Scope
* Campus Chief: Leading the daily site operations, security procedures (including key holding), and managing the small site team.
* Safety Sentinel: Full accountability for all statutory H&S checks, ensuring compliance specific to the primary environment, and completing timely risk assessments.
* Maintenance Master: Overseeing planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring all minor repairs are handled promptly and supervising external contractors.
