BT Customer Service Advisor
Location: Dundee DD1 4BX
Pay Rates: £13.42 to £31.27 per hour, depending on working hours.
Hours: Full Time 37.5
Shift Pattern Options:
Option 1: 4-week rota with 2 weeks of early shifts (06:00 to 17:00) and 2 weeks of late shifts (12:00 to 23:00). Rest days vary, with some fixed on weekends.
Option 2: 4-week rota with late shifts (12:00 to 23:00). Rest days vary, some fixed on weekends.
Training will be full-time, with hours during days and evenings.
Please note: No holiday requests will be approved during the first 6 weeks of training (100% attendance required).
Contract: Temporary to Permanent

As a Customer Service Advisor, your role is to assess calls quickly and direct callers to the appropriate emergency service. You will support individuals in critical moments, managing challenging and emotional situations. Calls typically last 30-60 seconds, following structured processes, with clear and calm communication. If you have a genuine desire to help and make a difference, this role is highly rewarding.
