Assistant Site Manager - Externals (Maintenance) - Cheltenham
Approach Personnel is proud to be working exclusively with a large, successful, and growing Maintenance Contractor. They are seeking an Assistant Site Manager to join their team and manage a long-term externals contract in Cheltenham.
This role offers the opportunity to join a company that fosters a culture of empowering employees and values their contribution. The company works with local authorities and social landlords to maintain and refurbish homes and properties, primarily in the Social Housing and Local Authority sectors.
Role Responsibilities
1. Meeting clients and managing their expectations.
2. Serving as the first point of contact for clients and sub-contractors.
3. Managing all aspects of Health & Safety.
4. Collaborating closely with Quantity Surveyors.
Candidate Requirements
* Experience in social housing, local authority, or similar housing associations.
* Excellent knowledge of responsive repairs, voids, planned works, and project management.
* Building or refurbishment qualifications or demonstrable experience.
* Experience within the construction industry.
