What You’ll Be Doing
* Deliver expert planning advice across a range of development types.
* Manage end-to-end planning applications, appeals, and site promotions.
* Represent clients at committees, hearings, and public inquiries.
* Oversee project teams and coordinate input from specialist consultants.
* Lead client communications and maintain strong long-term relationships.
* Contribute to business development—winning new work for yourself and others.
* Support internal initiatives and mentor junior team members.
Your Expertise
* Chartered Member of the RTPI.
* Extensive, diverse planning experience (private sector background essential).
* Deep understanding of planning policy and development processes.
* Skilled in preparing and managing all forms of planning applications, appeals, and policy representations.
* Strong project leadership and communication skills.
* Commercial awareness and self-motivation.
