The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chartered Quantity Surveyor to join as the quantity surveying team's Associate Director. This is an exceptional opportunity for a construction cost management professional who thrives in managing diverse projects from inception to completion within a consultancy environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead projects as the main point of contact for clients.
* Manage day‑to‑day operations of projects, ensuring they meet financial and time constraints.
* Oversee a diverse portfolio, including a £20m mixed‑use community hub, a £50m office‑to‑residential conversion, and a £60m new‑build school.
* Utilise both pre and post‑contract skills to navigate complex challenges and deliver on project goals.
