Are you a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to marketing?
At Harrison, we don’t just do Point of Sale and Retail Display—we live it. With our HQ and logistics hub in Evesham and a manufacturing unit in Batley, we’re all about creating clever, custom solutions for retail spaces. We mix decades of experience with a fresh, forward-thinking vibe. If you love a fast-paced environment and a team that’s always innovating, you’ll fit right in.
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to take full ownership of our marketing function, leading a talented team to deliver integrated campaigns, compelling content, and high-performing eCommerce initiatives. This role is key to driving lead generation, digital growth, and brand visibility across all channels.
What You Will Be Doing

* Develop, plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns focused on generating qualified leads. Oversee campaign planning and execution across organic and paid channels including SEO, PPC, email, social media, and events.
* Own the development, optimisation, and performance of Harrison’s eCommerce platform, ensuring it supports lead generation, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
* Produce and oversee engaging content for digital platforms and marketing materials. Ensure consistent brand messaging and approve all creative assets including brochures, case studies, and digital content.
* Analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activity to inform strategy. Monitor campaign performance and adjust tactics based on data-driven insights.
* Take full ownership of the marketing budget, including planning, forecasting, and allocation of resources across campaigns, platforms, and initiatives.
* Build and maintain strategic relationships with agencies and vendors to support marketing execution.
* Oversee planning and execution of company events, trade shows, and sponsorships to maximise brand exposure and lead generation.
The above list of responsibilities will be reviewed to accurately represent the job role and may be amended as required.
