My client is a well-established organisation in Ipswich, who are looking for a Temporary Project Administrator to start immediately.
Your new role
This is a fast-paced and exciting Temporary Project Administrator job, joining a streamlined team supporting several high-profile local projects. Duties will include but not limited to:
1. Managing and coordinating project emails and correspondence
2. General administrative support to the project team
3. Organising, filing, and maintaining project documentation
4. Assisting with document control, including drawings and revisions
5. Supporting the coordination and issuing of drawings and technical information
6. Updating trackers, logs, and basic project records
7. Assisting with meeting arrangements, minutes, and follow-ups
8. Supporting smaller works administration as required
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this job you will require:
9. Previous experience in an administrative or project support role
10. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
11. Basic understanding of document control processes (desirable, not essential)
12. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
13. Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks
