Architect
Location: Oxford
Salary: £34-40,000
An established architectural practice with a diverse portfolio spanning commercial, education, defence and healthcare sectors is seeking a talented Architect to join its friendly team in Oxford. This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in the design and delivery of large-scale projects across all RIBA stages, working on a varied range of schemes with a strong emphasis on design quality, technical resolution and complex project requirements.

Responsibilities Lead and contribute to the design and delivery of projects across all RIBA stages Develop creative design proposals alongside technically robust solutions Produce and oversee high-quality drawing packages, specifications and 3D models using Revit, AutoCAD and SketchUp Coordinate design information across multidisciplinary teams and consultants Collaborate closely with clients, contractors and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle Work on projects within commercial, education, defence and healthcare sectors, including technically complex environments * Attend and lead site visits, addressing design and technical queries during construction phases
Skills and Qualifications Degree in Architecture and ARB/RIBA qualification Proven experience within a UK-based architectural practice Experience delivering projects across multiple RIBA stages Strong design, technical and presentation skills Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD and SketchUp Previous experience within commercial, education, defence or healthcare sectors would be advantageous Willingness to obtain security clearance where required for certain projects Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred * Excellent communication, coordination and organisational skills, with strong attention to detail
