As we continue to expand our footprint in the UK market, we are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to take ownership of our sales operations across Southern England, with a key focus on strategic relationships and new business development in the water sector.
As Regional Sales Manager, you will be the commercial lead for our Southern territory, responsible for managing strategic accounts, identifying growth opportunities, and driving revenue through both direct and specification-led sales. This is a highly visible role with the autonomy to shape the region’s performance while representing a respected and innovative brand.
Sales and Business Development:
Thames Water, Southern Water, South West Water), ensuring high levels of engagement and repeat business.
Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities through direct sales and specification with consultants and contractors.
Technical and Commercial Expertise:
Serve as the regional subject matter expert on pumping equipment, fluid dynamics, and system integration, supported by internal technical specialists.
Prepare and deliver detailed technical and commercial proposals, ensuring alignment with project requirements and industry standards.
Project and Account Management:
Track and manage the full sales cycle – from enquiry, proposal, and tender submission, to contract award and aftersales support.
Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and pipeline reports to support national sales strategy and resource planning.

Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across Southern England.
