Term Time Finance Assistant - £13 - £15 per hour - Newbury - 6-12 Months - Office-based
An introduction to the company and role:
Wade Macdonald are currently working with a well-established school based in Newbury who are looking for an experienced finance professional to join their friendly team. The role sits within a small accounts team and would be assisting with the day-to-day running of the accounts function.
What will be the responsibilities in this role?
1. Preparing payment runs
2. Processing invoices
3. Posting and coding subcontract invoices
4. VAT returns
5. Creating new accounts
6. Understanding of double entry
7. Reconciling supplier statements
What experience do you need?
8. At least 2 years experience working within a finance team
9. Intermediate Excel skill
