About the programme:
A Commis Chef Apprenticeship at Cotswold Inns & Hotels is ideal for school leavers, career changers, or anyone seeking a strong start in a chef career.
You’ll gain training in all aspects of food preparation and insight into some of the liveliest kitchens across the South of England.
Working in a Fuller’s Kitchen is exciting and challenging. With a full team supporting and mentoring you, you'll develop a deep understanding of food and a passion for our fresh, seasonal, and local produce. You'll study one day per week at a college partner, receiving world-class training while being paid. When not at college, you'll work four days a week in one of our restaurants or hotels under the mentorship of a Head Chef.
