IT Auditor

Location: Edinburgh, Peterborough or Witham (Hybrid model requires at least 40% in-office)
Salary: £36,400 - £54,600 (depending on experience)

As an IT Auditor you will contribute to the delivery of the annual audit plan, assessing the effectiveness of global strategies across UK and global business units. You will evaluate IT risks and controls, provide independent analysis, report to stakeholders and governance forums, and support technology audit services meeting professional, company, and functional standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Support planning, fieldwork, and reporting of audit engagements, identifying and evaluating IT risks and controls impacting the wider business.
* Assist Senior Auditor and Audit Manager with stakeholder engagement across IT and Change.
* Help develop strategies, standards, and procedures, including repeatable themed work programs for IT and Change.
* Contribute to defining, delivering and embedding global audit strategies and initiatives, such as use of data analytics and AI adoption.
Qualifications
* Internal or external auditing experience.
* Experience in risk management or control testing.
* Experience with technology or change-related frameworks and processes (e.g., IT delivery or project role).
* Ability to understand and analyse data; experience using ServiceNow and OneSum X.
* Balanced relationship management skills – ability to influence, persuade and negotiate.
