Key Responsibilities
* Installation & Configuration of Applications
* Define connections and ensure proper integration with applicable servers.
* Perform system configuration and setup to align with business requirements.
* Assist with data migration as needed.
* Conduct system testing and assist in user acceptance testing (UAT).
* Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues during testing phases.
* Support optional configuration and testing based on customer needs.
* Participate in project initiation and planning activities.
* Develop and execute implementation strategies in coordination with project teams.
* Conduct System Administration User Enablement Sessions
* Provide post‑production support.
* Oversee the production roll‑out and implementation.
* Provide production support and assist with troubleshooting post‑deployment.
* Document project wrap‑up activities and lessons learned.
Here’s What You’ll Need
* System Administration – Experience in configuring and maintaining applications.
* Server Connections – Knowledge of server‑based systems and experience in defining and managing system connections. Experience in License Sever‑based applications a plus.
* Data Migration – Hands‑on experience with data migration, ensuring data integrity and security.
* Testing & Debugging – Understanding of system testing, UAT processes, and troubleshooting methodologies.
