Your Key Responsibilities
* Manufacture components using detailed production packs and engineering drawings.
* Support New Product Introduction (NPI) projects, providing feedback to engineering on manufacturability.
* Verify part conformity using high-precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, gauges).
* Maintain quality standards in line with NADCAP and AS9100 requirements.
* Perform basic autonomous maintenance to keep machines running efficiently.
* Ensure production timelines are met and documentation is up to date and compliant.
* Continuously look for opportunities to improve processes, accuracy, and efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience as a CNC Setter/Operator in a high-precision manufacturing environment (aerospace preferred).
* Strong understanding of tight tolerance machining and quality inspection tools.
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and production documentation.
* Familiarity with industry standards (AS9100, NADCAP) is highly desirable.
* A proactive mindset and willingness to work as part of a close-knit, high-performing team.
