Temporary Commercial Property Customer Assistant

35 hours per week
12 month secondment opportunity available upon current line management approval
We have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Property Customer Assistant to join our commercial and market rent team.
As a Commercial Property Customer Assistant you will provide an effective and efficient administrative service in relation to commercial property income, assisting with the collection of rent, debt recovery and responding to related enquires and complaints in a positive manner ensuring a first class service.
The role of Commercial Property Customer Assistant will include:

:Providing a high quality, early stage income collection service
:Developing and maintaining relationships with customers and stakeholders to ensure an effective service is delivered
:Supporting customers who are in arrears and signposting them to support where appropriate
:Meet all legislative and regulatory requirements for commercial property activities, ensuring the provision of accurate pre court protocol processes are adhered to.
:Updating and maintaining all records ensuring that information is logged accurately and that administration systems are maintained to support the delivery of services
Skills and experiences:

:Recent experience delivering high quality, customer service ideally gained within a contact centre environment but other customer service backgrounds will also be considered
:Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise workloads
:Excellent and effective communication skills
:IT literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft 365
