The Warehouse Administrator Role: We’re looking for a versatile and reliable individual to provide cross-functional support across our warehouse and office operations. This hybrid role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in warehousing and a working knowledge of Microsoft 365. The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable in a fast-paced warehouse environment and an office setting, demonstrating competence in both physical logistics and administrative tasks whether operating a forklift, managing stock records, or supporting internal systems and documentation. They’ll bring a hands-on approach, a positive attitude, they will be someone who values teamwork, takes pride in getting things done, and enjoys being a key part of day-to-day operations. Key responsibilities of our Warehouse Administrator: Warehouse Operations Receive, inspect, and process incoming goods Ensure safe handling, storage & repacking of all products in line with stock locations and rotation High level of care and accuracy. Operate forklift and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently Oversee the maintenance and repair activities of warehouse equipment and vehicles, ensuring optimal operational readiness and safety compliance at all times. Deal with both inbound & outbound vehicles following the correct company procedure. Maintain accurate stock records and assist with inventory audits Ensure compliance with health & safety and housekeeping standards Office & Operations Support Input and manage data using internal systems (e.g., stock control, order processing) Assist with basic IT tasks such as updating spreadsheets, generating reports, and troubleshooting minor issues Liaise with suppliers, couriers, and internal teams to resolve queries and coordinate deliveries Support general administrative duties including filing, scanning, and document preparation Contribute to process improvements and support cross-departmental projects as needed What we are looking for in our Warehouse Administrator: Positive, enthusiastic, dedicated and able to fit into a busy and productive team. Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics role Forklift licence (essential) Proficiency in Microsoft 365 - Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and internal systems. Previous exposure to inland freight operations and customs processes Strong organisational and communication skills Ability to work independently and flexibly across departments Ability to meet the physical demands of warehouse work.
