They are looking for a Project and Operations Manager to join at an exciting growth phase, bringing operational expertise in project management across multiple launches, especially in design, production, and installation processes.
You will manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously, ensuring everything stays on track, and communicate effectively with all stakeholders. As the business scales, you will implement key processes and strategies to support and streamline operations, creating a best-practice environment where everyone can thrive. This is a role that allows you to make it your own.
The role offers a salary of £52,000 - £60,000 p/a DOE. Please note that some occasional ‘working away’ is required.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
* Operational oversight of a portfolio of projects at various stages of quote, design, development, and installation.
* Participate in daily and weekly meetings to provide cohesive updates, ensuring transparency and shared vision.
* Plan workloads across the team to meet deadlines.
* Track project progress, including timelines and budgets, and update stakeholders.
* Communicate changes and challenges proactively, and develop practical solutions.
* Identify common issues and develop long-term solutions to enhance best practices.
* Create new processes and policies to streamline operations.
* Ensure quality assurance and client satisfaction are achieved or exceeded.
* Support procurement activities, including negotiations and onboarding suppliers.
* Generate operational reports as needed.
Candidate Requirements:
* Experience managing multiple projects in a design, production, or installation environment.
* Proven ability to develop operational processes with measurable results.
* Strong attention to detail and interest in design.
* Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines.
* Ability to recognize issues early and implement solutions.
* Strong client-facing and relationship-building skills.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and team collaboration.
