An exciting opportunity for a Sales Engineer to join a fast-growing scale-up that develops advanced body camera and cloud software solutions used by some of the biggest names in security, services, and law enforcement. Responsibilities
* Lead and manage enterprise customer trials, from scoping to successful rollout.
* Provide technical expertise during the sales process, including demos, proof of concept, and solution design.
* Act as the bridge between sales, product, and technology teams to ensure customer needs are met.
* Own tender responses and maintain a high-quality repository of solution documentation.
* Share insights from customer interactions to influence product development and roadmap direction.
* Build a team around you in time.
About You
* 4+ years' experience as a Sales Engineer in a SaaS company (additonal experience with hardware, or security products is a bonus).
* Strong communication and presentation skills, able to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
* A proactive problem solver with a passion for innovation and customer success.
* Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders (internally & externally), especially at C and D level, and building strong relationships.
* Willingness to travel when required.
* Have demonstrated progression through your Sales Engineer career, and interested in stepping up into a leadership role in the future as this role grows.
