The Role: It’s an exciting time for us at Landsec and you’ll play a key part of how we create great experiences for people. You’ll be working as a Portfolio Management Surveyor within the London Portfolio Team working across all assets. You will support the Portfolio team in their objective to maximise the net income and revenue and drive long term value. Salary: Competitive Location: This role is based in London, Victoria, and offers hybrid working, with majority of the working week in the office. The Team: This role will sit within the London Portfolio team, reporting to Portfolio Director. What you will be responsible for: Portfolio Management To assist Portfolio Managers in the preparation of strategic asset plans for each asset Liaising with relevant stakeholders on day to day matters which may impact the strategic objectives, i.e. applications for licences to assign/under-let/alter, etc Support team on both leasing and capital transactions, managing data, and report writing, including the preparation of management reports for both internal and external stakeholders, i.e. Joint Ventures. Management and control of rent deposits Assisting the Portfolio Manager in creating completion statements Working with the team to manage business rates including appeals, mitigation and payments. Assist Portfolio Managers to provide correct information for valuation of assets Management of the London Residential portfolio Income Protection Work with Portfolio Manager to control and report any non-recoverable expenditure on assets Responsible for ensuring that relevant systems, processes and records are up to date, including D365, rent billing, service charge, schedules for rent reviews, lease expiries and break options. Managing storage, car parking, motorbike licences and meanwhile uses to minimise voids and grow income. Your skills, experience and qualifications: Essential criteria Relevant degree and professional qualification Experience in commercial property management.
