Job Description The Role: As a Senior People Advisor, you’ll act as a trusted partner to managers and employees across the business. You will provide expert guidance on complex employee relations cases, support organisational change, and lead on a range of people projects. This is a hands-on, strategic role ideal for someone who is confident in HR best practices, employee engagement, and fostering a high-performance culture. Key Responsibilities: Advise and coach managers on a range of HR matters including employee relations, performance management, absence, and wellbeing. Manage and resolve complex ER cases in line with employment law and best practice. Support the delivery of HR initiatives such as talent development, DEI, workforce planning, and engagement surveys. Lead or contribute to HR projects including policy development, systems improvement, and change management. Analyse HR data and provide insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal policies. About You: CIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent experience) Proven experience in a generalist HR role, with strong ER knowledge and case management skills. Confident working in a fast-paced, changing environment. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
