Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Private Client Solicitor to join our esteemed legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in private client matters, including wills, trusts, estate planning, and probate. This role requires excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our clients. The successful applicant will be adept at building relationships and demonstrating a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
Responsibilities
* Advise clients on a range of private client matters, including wills, trusts, and estate administration.
* Draft legal documents accurately and efficiently while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
* Manage a varied caseload from inception to completion, maintaining clear communication with clients throughout the process.
* Conduct negotiations on behalf of clients to achieve favourable outcomes in estate planning and related matters.
* Liaise with other professionals, such as financial advisors and accountants, to provide comprehensive advice to clients.
* Stay updated on changes in legislation affecting private client work and implement necessary adjustments in practice.
* Provide exceptional client service by addressing inquiries promptly and effectively.
Qualifications
* Qualified solicitor with relevant experience in private client law. 1 to 3 years' PQE.
* Strong negotiation skills with the ability to advocate effectively for clients' interests.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and understanding when dealing with sensitive issues.
* High level of attention to detail and organisational skills to manage multiple cases efficiently.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.

Pay: £30,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
