We’re a year-round service, but your rota will be planned in advance, so you’ll know exactly when you’re working.About the Home and the RoleSnowdrop House home is a solo service that offers therapeutic placements to young people who would benefit from a smaller setting.In our focused, child centred placement we can work to tailored and personalised care plans and ensure our young person really feels at home. Our dedicated staff support with everyday life skills, education, social confidence, and fun experiences that help them believe in themselves.As deputy manager, you will play a key role in leading the team and ensuring the highest standards of care and safeguarding.
