We are expanding our Housing Conditions Claims and Personal Injury departments and are recruiting an experienced legal secretary. The role offers a competitive salary and progression opportunities.
Requirements
* Previous legal secretarial experience with audio typing and administration skills
* Great organisational skills
* Competency with administrative and IT skills
* Provide an excellent service to our clients; client satisfaction is a priority for our firm
* Be competent with drafting court documents, briefs to counsel and trial bundles
* Use our CRM software (Proclaim) efficiently
* Accurately record time
* Accurately input and update client and case information
* Embrace our firm’s team culture
Key Skills
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* Meet targets and ensure backlogs in the dictation pool are kept to a minimum
* Excellent organisation and diarising skills
* A positive and flexible approach with the ability to stay calm under pressure
* Excellent communication skills, with an ability to build rapport at all levels
* Proficiency in MS Office (particularly Word, Outlook and Excel) and the ability to adapt quickly to our CRM software (Proclaim)
