* Supporting and improving cloud and on‑prem infrastructure

* Investigating incidents end‑to‑end and identifying root causes
* Contributing to projects, migrations, and system improvements
* Working closely with internal teams to deliver reliable, scalable infrastructure
What they’re looking for
* ~5+ years in IT Infrastructure/Systems Engineering roles
* Strong experience across:
* VMware
* Relevant Azure/Microsoft certifications (or working towards them)
* A hands‑on, proactive mindset - someone who enjoys being a “doer”
Nice to have
* Exposure to tools like Veeam, SolarWinds, Zabbix, SIEM/XDR platforms
