We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Advisor to join our busy People Services team. You will work with colleagues at all levels across the organization, providing sound professional HR advice on people matters, change projects, terms and conditions, and policies. You will also be involved in training, facilitation, and other project work.
You should hold a minimum CIPD Associate membership or have equivalent qualifications and experience. A passion for HR, understanding of employment legislation, and experience in people and change management are essential. Your ability to interpret policies with a person-centered approach will enable you to confidently support managers and contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives. Experience in a HR department within a complex and unionized organization, strong communication skills, and effective time management are required.
The role supports NHS Highland, including Argyll and Bute, and can be based in Inverness or the Argyll and Bute area, with regular attendance in Inverness. It is a permanent, full-time position (37 hours per week), with flexibility around hours welcomed.
