PERMANENT TRAINEE MACHINE OPERATOR – MILTON KEYNES - Starting Salary: £26,500, rising to £27,848 after 3 months I am recruiting on behalf of an established manufacturing organisation based on the borders of Milton Keynes, who are seeking Trainee Machine Operators to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity if you are: * A recent graduate in engineering looking to begin your career in manufacturing * Keen to step away from a warehouse environment into a more skilled role * Naturally curious, hands-on, and eager to learn What will you be doing? * Training period (first 3 months): learning to run production machinery, assisting with packing, and product labelling * After training: operating machinery to produce high-quality products in the production area * Taking responsibility for your workstation and ensuring Health & Safety standards are followed What we are looking for: * A degree in engineering or fed up of the warehouse environment (or similar) and want to learn something new within the manufacturing industry * An inquisitive mindset with the willingness to learn * Enthusiasm, reliability, and a team-focused approach * Own transport (due to shift patterns) * Commitment to the required shifts This role offers a clear training path, a competitive starting salary, and the chance to develop within a supportive, long-established manufacturing environment.
