Role Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and high-quality teaching across Food & Drink and Bakery courses
* Plan, prepare, and assess learning activities to support student progression and achievement
* Contribute to curriculum development, ensuring content aligns with current bakery production, food safety, and hospitality industry standards
* Support students in developing practical bakery skills, food preparation techniques, and employability within the food and drink sector
* Maintain high standards of food hygiene, health and safety, and quality assurance within practical learning environments
* Work collaboratively with a dynamic team to create an engaging and supportive learning environment
* Develop industry partnerships with bakeries, patisseries, hospitality venues, and food production organisations to enhance student learning, work placements, and industry engagement
Essential Requirements
* A Level 3 qualification or equivalent in Bakery, Professional Cookery, Food Production, or a related subject
* Extensive industry experience within bakery, food production, hospitality, or related sectors
* A teaching qualification or willingness to work towards one
