A well-established and forward-thinking legal practice is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join their growing team in Somerset or Dorset. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a dynamic and supportive environment where client relationships and quality service are at the heart of everything they do.
The Role
* Deliver high-quality legal advice on a wide range of residential property matters.
* Manage your own caseload from instruction through to completion, with the support of experienced conveyancing assistants.
* Work closely with internal teams such as New Enquiries and Finance to ensure a smooth client experience.
* Contribute to the ongoing growth of the practice through business development initiatives and by identifying operational improvements.
* Collaborate with other departments to identify cross-referral opportunities and enhance client relationships.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and colleagues.
About You
* Proven experience in residential property law.
* A client-focused approach with excellent interpersonal skills.
* Strong organisational abilities and the capacity to manage competing priorities.
* Confidence in handling the financial management of client matters.
* A proactive mindset when it comes to marketing, networking, and business development.
