Plant Operator - Middlesbrough Civil Engineering Project
Location: Middlesbrough, Teesside
Job Type: Full-Time, Contract (Long-Term Project Duration)
Rate: Highly Competitive Day Rate / Hourly Rate (Negotiable based on experience and tickets)
We are looking for reliable and safety-conscious operators to join our team on a significant, long-term infrastructure project in the Middlesbrough area.
Roles Available:
* 360 Excavator Operators (Tracked & Wheeled): Experienced in deep drainage, bulk muck shift, and finishing works (from 5-ton to 40-ton).
* Forward Tipping Dumper Operators (Articulated/Straight Skip): Experience with site logistics and bulk earthworks.
* Roller Operators (Ride-on/Tandem): Proficiency in compaction duties across various materials.
* Telehandler Operators: Experience with lifting plans and material distribution.
* Dozers / Graders: Highly desirable for specialist earthworks.
Essential Requirements:
* CPCS or NPORS Card (with relevant category for the plant you operate).
* Valid CSCS Card.
* Proven experience working as a Plant Operator on large civils, infrastructure, or heavy groundworks projects.
* A strong commitment to Health and Safety procedures and site rules.
* Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work effectively as part of a large site team.
* Must be able to provide professional references.
