We have a new opportunity for a Sales Consultant to join our team at the Humberston Meadows site in West Yorkshire. In this role you will manage the day‑to‑day sales hub, own the sales process with customers, maintain accurate records across sites, and deliver continuous sales growth.  * Proven track record of successfully completing the sales process with customers
 * Proven ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets

Desirable
 * 5 GCSEs / GCE or equivalent including Mathematics and English (C grade or above)
 * A Levels in any discipline
Responsibilities
 * Ensure adherence to SOPs, sales and all policies, and keep mandatory training up‑to‑date
 * Advocate the customer journey and consistently exceed expectations
 * Assist with internal or external audit as required in line with Vistry Values
 * Use Vistry systems to perform role requirements and maintain clear records
 * Act as ambassador of Vistry to internal and external stakeholders
 * Proactively seek prospective sales and follow up all enquiries via telephone and marketing literature
 * Gain and maintain detailed knowledge of all relevant Vistry house types, build progress, availability, purchase assistance schemes, and alternative sites
 * Proactively sell customer extras and manage implementation across reservations to drive profit
 * Respond to cancellations and negotiate alternatives to save reservations
 * Collaborate with Site teams to share build progress and provide customer information
 * Communicate sales process to team, customers and stakeholders
 * Take responsibility for company property, equipment and presentation across sites
 * Maintain the sales arena and show homes in line with brand and company standards
