This is a vital role within the sales and operations team, offering the opportunity to get involved in multiple aspects of the supply chain, from customer service to production planning and procurement. Key Responsibilities: Take ownership of key customer accounts, building strong working relationships and understanding their individual requirements. Manage deliveries in line with customer forecasts and schedules, ensuring on-time performance. Monitor and report on schedule adherence, identifying under- or over-consumption patterns. Assist with stock control, ensuring optimal inventory levels. Source materials and liaise with suppliers to negotiate pricing and lead times. Coordinate outside processing as part of the production work flow. Develop and update production processing instructions (full training will be provided). Track and recover costs where necessary.
