Maintenance Electrician - TXM Recruit are currently looking for a Maintenance Electrician to work for a rapidly expanding retail maintenance team on a 12-week temp to perm scheme.Electrical Qualification required. - Gold Card -NVQ Level 3 AM2, 18th Edition.

* Location Greater Belfast Area
* Salary £35,000 per year (Room to increase once taken permanently)
* Hours 8am to 5pm - Monday to Friday only
* Overtime -Overtime is there at 1.5x
As a Maintenance Technician yourdutieswill be but not limited to
* General reactive maintenance in store from toilets, shop floor and communal areas.
* This may include changing lightbulbs, replacing taps or toilet seats hanging doors or fixing shelves. Patch plaster. rendering, painting or minor carpentry and plumbing repairs.
* PPMs such as Legionella, Fire Alarm Testing, Sprinkler Testing (training provided).
* Building inspections including roof walks and building checks.
* Electrical bias repairs to building maintenance system, lighting and power upgrades, electrical conduits and circuit boards, distribution work, 3 phase equipment etc.
There will be daily duties to ensure the tablet is updated, this may be reporting issues, H&S notes or sending emails. Technology will be used in the form of a PDA Tablet and Company provided Smartphone.
