Role Overview:
As aBusiness Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving growth by developing new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from enquiry through to delivery. You will act as a strategic liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring alignment with SBRs high standards and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and partners.
* Identify and develop new business opportunities in line with company strategy.
* Manage and respond to incoming leads and enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
* Collaborate with internal departments (Quality, Production, Admin) to ensure smooth project delivery.
* Monitor contract compliance and proactively resolve any client issues or concerns.
* Conduct regular client visits and encourage site visits to SBR.
* Maintain accurate records inSalesforce CRMandSAP ERPsystems.
* Support the preparation of cost estimates, bids, and proposals.
