We are seeking up to two experienced multi-skilled tradespersons with a background in fire door installation/remedials and/or fire stopping. This is a field-based role covering commercial and industrial sites —no construction sites— including retail parks, offices, and landmark buildings. Located inDunmow, Essex.
You’ll work independently across various locations, carrying out high-quality passive fire protection and general multi-trade tasks (e.g., carpentry, painting, groundworks). Applicants from M&E backgrounds (plumbing/electrical) are welcome, provided they’re open to general duties outside their core trade.
Working Hours:
* Monday to Friday
* 8:00am to 16:30pm onsite
Responsibilities:
* Fire door installation, adjustments, and compliance checks
* General maintenance and multi-trade tasks
* Working safely and professionally in occupied environments
* Accurate documentation of completed work (photos, signatures, reports)

Requirements:
* Happy to travel/commute to far distances
* Proven experience in at least one trade (carpentry, decorating, etc.)
* Full UK driving licence
* Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
* Ability to work independently and flexibly
* CSCS, PASMA, IPAF desirable but not essential
