About the Role
As a Credit Controller at Concept Care Solutions, you will:

Monitor and manage customer accounts to ensure timely payments
*
Issue invoices, reconcile accounts, and maintain accurate records
*
Chase overdue accounts professionally via phone and email
*
Liaise with clients and internal teams to resolve payment queries
*
Support month-end and year-end financial reporting
*
Identify and escalate potential credit risks
Requirements
*
Proven experience as a Credit Controller or in a similar finance role
*
Experience with Sage accounting software
*
Strong numeracy, accuracy, and attention to detail
*
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
*
Ability to manage multiple accounts independently
*
Proactive, problem-solving approach
*
Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
