Key Responsibilities
* Make outbound calls to existing customers (no cold calling)
* Renew customer accounts and promote relevant products
* Identify upselling opportunities through great customer conversations
* Deliver excellent service while hitting achievable sales targets
* Use a simple CRM and diary system to manage your daily activity
* Work within a supportive, high-energy team environment
What We're Looking For
* Confident communication and great people skills
* Sales-focused mindset with a drive to succeed
* Reliable, enthusiastic, and eager to learn
* Experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not essential
