The role
Working within a friendly, approachable environment we seek an HR professional who has a generalist human resources background. You may be working though your CIDP qualification and have been in a generalist HR role with good commercial focus that includes recruitment, induction and maintenance and review of policy/practices.
We require a compassionate but commercially aware professional who can maintain business's Human Resources practices, and help our team managers and Leadership team with all HR related matters, and deliver the functional aspects of in-house Human Resources that will include learning strategies throughout the business.
Attributes and requirements
CIPD part qualified or working towards full qualification.
Proven HR generalist experience.
You will be resilient, action oriented with an analytical mind.
A commercial focus with the ability to take a proactive approach to problem solving.
You should be structured and organised in your approach.
You will be a self-starter and able to work independently.
Working closely with key stakeholders and their teams, you will be a strong communicator and will be skilled at building effective working relationships.
You will need to have the ability to communicate complex, sensitive and contentious information.
Professional and self-motivated.
Tactful, diplomatic and able to deal with difficult situations.
Have a solid knowledge of current employment legislation and HR best practice.
An entrepreneurial and commercial attitude with a focus on raising performance to achieve ambitious objectives.
