Executive Assistant - Immediate Start | Bromsgrove based | 3 months initially | Up to £21 per hour
A reputable professional services firm based in Bromsgrove are seeking an experienced, organised and diligent Executive Assistant to support a newly appointed director on an initial temporary basis (3 months) with the potential of a permanent position. Working alongside a team of other PA's and EA's you will provide 1:1 Executive support to the Senior Leader in an all round PA role.
This role requires an immediate start for a period of 3 months initially and is fully office based with parking available on site.
The successful candidate will be responsible for complex diary and inbox management, liaising with senior leaders and wider executives to act as a gatekeeper for the CCO, you will also be responsible for arranging UK wide travel, setting agendas, taking minutes of meetings, preparing board packs alongside supporting with wider general admin tasks. You must be prepared to roll your sleeves up and handle wider ad hoc tasks for the executive where needed.
The successful candidate must have strong Executive Assistant and Personal Assistant experience, ideally from within financial services or wider professional services experience. You will be confident, articulate and have a flexible approach to work.
