We are looking for a confident and results-oriented Business Development Manager to take the lead in growing sales across our Powered Access equipment range. You’ll play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, developing long-term client relationships, and managing key accounts to increase market share in the region. It is essential that you have a strong background in Powered Access.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage a strong pipeline of new business opportunities
Meet and exceed regional sales targets and KPIs
Build and maintain relationships with contractors, facilities managers, and construction firms
Offer expert consultation on powered access solutions tailored to client needs
Work closely with operations and support teams to ensure excellent service delivery
The Ideal Candidate:
Proven sales experience within the powered access sector
Confident networker with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with excellent organisational and time management skills
Full UK driving licence is essential
