As a Lidl Commercial Junior Consultant, you will be supporting on the national cost management processes. From invoice creation to cost presentations, you'll be leading cost controlling activities in collaboration with regions. You'll also support in the creation of effective processes with your unwavering attention to details and project management skills.

What you'll do
Day to day operational cost management for stores, RDCs & Head Office
Analyse, process, and deliver the cost tracker commentary on a monthly basis
ARIS key user and main contact for the department and INT
Systems key user (Audimex, VVZ)
Invoice validation process and expected to find and generate cost savings in R&M account as a focus area, monitor the regional performance on invoice check/approval
Assist the cost consultant to the annual budget planning process and responsibility over planning set number of cost categories independently
Ensure cost booking accuracy
Constant regional support on all topics around commercial processes
Support the FM team with process improvement in the wider department
Oversight of commercial working methods in the FM department and identifying opportunities for improvement
What you'll need
A genuine interest in Facilities Management
An enthusiastic self-starter with passion for retail
Cost management experience is desirable
Project management experience is beneficial
An excellent communicator with proactive attitude and confident presenter
Detail orientated and able to manage conflicting deadlines
Ability to work independently and to tight deadlines
Good working knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
German language, desirable but not essential
Use insight to innovate and drive cost savings
Ability to plan and control budgets
Strong knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
