We prioritize employee well-being and play a vital role in fostering stronger communities.What you'll do:As a Graduate Project Manager, you will support the delivery of complex construction and property projects from early concept through to delivery and handover. You will:Support project planning, coordination, and reporting across multiple live projectsAssist in early-stage project development (RIBA Stages 0–1), including feasibility studies, options appraisals, and strategic briefsHelp prepare project documentation including business cases (Five Case Model), reports, trackers, and risk logsSupport Gateway Reviews, Risk Potential Assessments (RPA), and governance processesAssist with PRINCE2 stage gate reporting, including risks, issues, lessons learned, and forecastsCoordinate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and project communicationsSupport Soft Landings activity and early operational planningMaintain accurate project data across PMO and CAFM systemsYou will be part of a large, multi-disciplinary team delivering across a complex and highly governed estate, gaining exposure to real-world project delivery frameworks including PRINCE2, NEC4, and HM Treasury Green Book standards.What you bring:Degree in Project Management, Construction, Engineering, Architecture, Business or a related disciplineInterest in or working towards PRINCE2 Foundation or APM PFQ (desirable)Strong communication, organisation, and analytical skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentComfortable working with data, reports, and structured processesProactive attitude with a willingness to learn and developRICS / CIOB / APM membership (desirable but not essential)What we offer:Working with Sodexo is more than a job; it's a chance to be part of something greater.You'll belong in a company and team that values you for you; you'll act with purpose and have an impact through your everyday actions; and you'll be able to thrive in your own way.
